Repair rotted, wood and studs take down wall completely build a wall to temporarily hold up the wall install new sliding glass door and new exterior door on the outside. Install all new Harvey windows wrap all windows with wood install new siding where repair was done install new boards on the facia and rakes as needed re-wrap the garage with new pine board Fix the shingle roof. The flashing was exposed. We removed the shingles putting the ice and water shield and install the flash in the correct way. Also we remove one pipe, closed it in with plywood and reinstalled the shingles.
